Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use automation that impairs availability. Do not present results as official tax assessments or imply endorsement by this site.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for losses caused by reliance on estimates or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
